Privacy Policy

You can use the free generator without an account or an email address. This policy explains how Rendastic and its generation supplier handle your inputs.

Your uploaded photos

Rendastic deletes the local copy within 1 hour. To generate your video, we send your image to APIMODELS, which stores it at a public link for up to 30 days. Do not upload sensitive images. APIMODELS and its model providers process your inputs under their own privacy policies.

The local copy is stored with restricted access and removed after processing or when its one-hour deadline is reached. Rendastic does not train models with your local upload or review it by hand. These local practices do not establish the same commitments for APIMODELS or its upstream providers. Deleting the local upload or download does not delete the copy stored by APIMODELS.

Seedance reference assets

For Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, APIMODELS may automatically register a real-person reference in its asset library to process your request. This is separate from the public file copy described above. We have not verified a fixed deletion deadline for those registered assets; the 30-day public-file limit is not a promise that asset-library copies are deleted within 30 days. Only submit photos you are authorized to use. Supplier-held deletion requests follow APIMODELS and upstream policies.

Prompts and generated videos

APIMODELS receives your prompt and, for image-to-video, your photo for automated content checks and generation. It forwards inputs to the selected model provider. Generated media is stored by APIMODELS on Cloudflare R2 at publicly readable links for up to 30 days. See the APIMODELS Privacy Policy and the selected model provider’s policies for their processing and retention rules. Rendastic does not publish your creations in a public gallery.

Rendastic downloads your completed video and serves it through your browser’s signed session for up to 24 hours. Prompts are removed from local job records after 7 days. Minimal request and supplier task identifiers, request states, and financial records have no fixed automatic deletion deadline. We retain these records to reconcile charges and prevent duplicate submissions, including after generation finishes. They do not contain your prompt or media. Download the video while it is available.

Your free daily allowance

A first-party cookie identifies your browser so the same daily allowance applies across all tools. It does not contain your name or email address. Free visitors can create up to 3 videos, images, or audio jobs per UTC day, shared across all tools. Confirmed failed generations return their allowance; an unconfirmed supplier submission is held for reconciliation rather than submitted again. Clearing or blocking the cookie prevents continuity of previous jobs. Exception for repeated input-policy violations: The first two input-policy rejections return your allowance or credits. From the third, each rejected request uses one free attempt or its full confirmed credit quote, even without an output. Technical failures do not count.

Optional Google sign-in

You can choose to sign in with Google. We request only your basic profile and verified email address, and store your Google account identifier, email address, and display name to identify your Rendastic account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your contacts, and do not store Google access or refresh tokens. Your free daily allowance and existing browser jobs are linked to your account when you sign in; signing in does not add paid features.

A secure, first-party account cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. A separate sign-in cookie expires within 5 minutes. Signing out revokes the current Rendastic session. Account details remain until you request account deletion through our contact page; local video and prompt retention windows still apply. Signing out does not sign you out of Google.

Security and service providers

Hosting, DNS, network protection, and generation providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service. Network providers may process your IP address and request information. Rendastic does not include source uploads in application backups or request logs. We do not sell your inputs or generated videos. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare processes analytics and network information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices and contact

You can remove a local photo before generating, stop using the service, or contact us through the contact page. Include the job ID for a generation issue; do not send sensitive photos by email. For supplier-held data, deletion requests are subject to APIMODELS and upstream policies.

Video editing and audio inputs

Video Edit accepts an H.264 MP4 source of 1–10 seconds and up to 10MB. Local videos and the sampled frames used for automated checks are deleted after processing or within 1 hour. APIMODELS stores source videos and sampled reference frames at public links for up to 30 days. Do not upload sensitive videos. Sampling is an additional automated check and does not examine every frame; the selected model provider also applies its own filters.

Audio and prompt assistance send your text to APIMODELS and the selected upstream provider. The Fish economy channel may retain input text to improve its models. Its warning appears before generation; do not submit private text on that channel.

Image and audio downloads expire 24 hours after completion. Recent creation settings, prompts and custom lyrics are removed after 7 days. Moving a creation to Trash does not extend these deadlines or remove the supplier copy.

Audio source files and motion tools

Photo lip sync, voice isolation and dubbing send your MP3 source and any portrait image to APIMODELS. Motion control and subtitle removal send your MP4 and any character image. Source files and sampled video frames are publicly accessible in supplier storage for up to 30 days. Local copies and local derivative frames are removed after processing or within one hour. Do not upload sensitive recordings, images or videos. Automated input checks do not transcribe every audio source or inspect every video frame.

Payment information

When paid checkout opens, Waffo will process payments in its hosted checkout. Rendastic sends the selected product, your account email and internal order reference to associate the purchase with your account. Rendastic stores order and payment identifiers, amounts, currency, status, subscription periods and credit-ledger entries for fulfillment and reconciliation. Card details are entered with Waffo and are not stored by Rendastic. Payment records are kept separately from prompts and uploaded media; deleting a media file does not remove financial records.

First-party site usage statistics

We keep anonymous daily totals of page views, broad traffic sources, navigation and key actions, service requests and generation outcomes on our own server for usage and reliability monitoring. These totals operate independently of optional analytics consent and are retained for 90 days. We store only published page paths and predefined categories, without tracking cookies, IP addresses, visitor or account identifiers, full referrers, query strings, prompts, files or recordings. We do not build individual browsing histories or count unique people. Payment reporting uses verified billing records. Optional Google Analytics and Clarity, including their identifiers and recordings, remain subject to your analytics choice and Global Privacy Control.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and key actions, and Microsoft Clarity records masked interactions to help us improve the site. We do not send prompts, uploads, generated content, email addresses or payment details to these tools. Confirmed purchase amounts and anonymized transaction references may be measured.

Analytics is off until you accept. You can decline or withdraw consent in Privacy settings without losing access to the service. Consent choices last 180 days. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.

We keep minimal input-policy rejection records linked to your browser or account: job ID, category, time and whether allowance or credits were used. These records contain no prompt or image, have no automatic expiry, and merge into your account when you sign in. Only requests submitted under this policy count; historical requests are not charged retroactively. Contact support to appeal a decision.
