By generating a video, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Free access and daily limits
The current free allowance is up to 3 creations per UTC day across all tools, without an account. Video exports are 3 or 5 seconds at 480p with no watermark. Generation is subject to model availability and service capacity. Paid plans, higher-resolution video exports, and extra daily allowance are not currently available. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass the free allowance, and excessive concurrent requests are not permitted.
Optional accounts
Google sign-in is optional. It connects your existing browser jobs and daily allowance to a Rendastic account. Keep your Google account secure. Signing in does not activate a paid plan or reset the daily allowance.
Your inputs and commercial rights
You own the videos you generate, including on the free plan, and may use them commercially to the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights in your inputs, and the selected model provider’s terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Do not upload someone else’s work or a real person’s photo without permission. Do not present your output as the official work of a brand or a public figure.
Acceptable use and content safety
The same rules apply to every model and tool, including the unrestricted generator. Do not request, upload or generate:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or other sexual/NSFW material.
- Graphic violence or gore, threats, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Hate speech or targeted harassment.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or content that endangers children.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or non-consensual depictions of real people.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized reproduction of protected characters, brands or works.
Automated checks examine prompts and reference images before generation. Generated images and sampled video frames are checked before delivery. If a check fails or cannot be completed, the result is withheld; a failed job returns its reserved allowance or credits. Checks can miss violations, and video sampling does not inspect every frame. Exception for repeated input-policy violations: The first two input-policy rejections return your allowance or credits. From the third, each rejected request uses one free attempt or its full confirmed credit quote, even without an output. Technical failures do not count.
Report suspected violations at support@rendastic.com with the job ID and a description of the issue. Do not attach sensitive images. We review reports and may refuse requests, withhold delivery or remove stored outputs that violate these rules. You can use the same address to appeal a refusal.
Processing and availability
Local uploads are deleted after processing or within 1 hour. APIMODELS stores reference images and generated media at public links for up to 30 days and processes inputs with upstream model providers under their own policies. Do not upload sensitive material; read the Privacy Policy before generating. Generation can fail or be refused by automated moderation. Confirmed failed generations return the reserved free clip. Unconfirmed supplier submissions are reconciled without repeating a potentially paid request. Save completed videos within their download window. Exception for repeated input-policy violations: The first two input-policy rejections return your allowance or credits. From the third, each rejected request uses one free attempt or its full confirmed credit quote, even without an output. Technical failures do not count.
Service limitations
Outputs can contain errors and must be reviewed before use. You are responsible for your inputs, intended use, and compliance with the laws that apply to you. We may refuse requests that violate these terms or interrupt access to protect the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Additional studio tools
Video Edit, image generation and editing, image enlargement and expansion, documented effects, speech, dialogue, sound effects and music use the same daily allowance. One creation may return more than one variation, without consuming another allowance slot. Source video uploads and sampled frames follow the public 30-day supplier storage disclosure in the Privacy Policy. Native capabilities vary by model. A documented API connection is distinct from a successful live test and does not guarantee ongoing availability, output quality or reproduction of illustrative template samples. Image and audio outputs remain subject to input rights, applicable law and the selected provider’s terms.
Authorized audio and motion inputs
Use only audio recordings, portraits, characters and video clips you own or are authorized to process. Obtain permission for the voices and people depicted. Uploaded audio, video, images and sampled frames are transferred to APIMODELS public storage for up to 30 days. Native output length, aspect ratio and sound can follow the source clip; the downloaded video is fitted to your selected export settings.
Paid plans and credits
Choose a one-time pack from $4.99 to $99. An account is required. Packs do not renew automatically and include the same paid models and quality options.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual payment covers a year, with credits released in 12 monthly grants.
Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. One-time packs last 12 months. Earlier purchases keep their original terms. The earliest-expiring credits are used first.
Cancel the next renewal while keeping the current paid period and valid credits. Plan and billing-period changes take effect at the next billing cycle. One-time packs can provide extra credits without changing a subscription.
Paid generation shows its full credit cost before you confirm. Credits are reserved at submission and charged after a validated result is delivered. Technical failures return credits. Undelivered jobs release credits after two hours while the original supplier request is reconciled; a late result does not charge you again. Returned credits that expired while waiting receive at least seven additional days. This credit return is separate from a cash refund. Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund for a completely unused order. Report duplicate charges, erroneous charges or delivery failures for review. Refunds and payment reversals remove the credits or access attributable to the affected payment. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider rules take priority. Generated files remain downloadable for 24 hours; a paid plan does not change supplier reference-file retention or grant rights in third-party inputs.
